We will email you the delivery schedule upon receipt of your payment as actual delivery time is according to our factory's production schedule. Our normal delivery for order less than 2,000pcs is usually within 2 weeks. While for orders with qty up to 20,000 pcs is around 4-5 weeks. 100K order is around 6-8 weeks.

Our shipping cost is weight dependable and it is calculated base on EMS speedpost rate for order less than 20kgs. DHL/FEDEX/UPS will be used for orders over 20kgs. Please feel free to email us to get the DHL/FEDEX/UPS freight rate before you send payment to us. You can get lower shipping cost when the order qty is more and heavier as the shipping rates goes down when the shipping weight is heavier. Therefore we highly recommend you to group all items in one order instead of ordering them separately so as to get the lowest shipping cost.

You can send payment via Paypal if your order amount is less than US$2,000 and kindly follow our checkout procedure. For order amount over US$2,000, pls send payment via Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer. Pls do not send paypal payment once you click on "Place the order". We will send you our Western Union and bank wire transfer receiver information via email.

For order weight less than 20 kgs, we will send items via EMS, DHL, UPS or FEDEX whichever lowest. For order weight more than 20kgs we usually ship via DHL or UPS whichever lowest and we will adjust the shipping cost for you order. For order qty more than 100kgs, we can arrange sea shipment or freight shipment upon request and pls add a note on your order or send us an email.

Yes, in case if there is any import tax in your country then you have to pay for it as our price only includes the item cost and shipping cost. (our shipping terms is DDU and FOB Hong Kong only)
